Meet Coach Nick

True Form Fitness & Nutrition was founded by Nicholas Pindar, a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, cancer survivor, and sepsis survivor.

Fitness has been part of Nick's life since he was ten years old. Today, he helps clients build strength, improve their health, and stay accountable through a practical, sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition.

For Nick, coaching has never been about extremes. It's about helping people stay strong, capable, and healthy enough to enjoy what's next.
